Sunday                   15th July 2018

#MindsetChangeChallengeDay3

Hello Participants

It's morning and time to commence the day's activity with respect to the Challenge - the 21 Days Mindset Change Challenge With Dr. Jerry - the First

Let me congratulate you on coming this far in the Challenge - most people don't last beyond the first two days but you are in the third day already and still heading up.

Today's task is simple -
Meditate for 2 - 5 minutes (really meditate - blank out your thoughts, block your ears and close your eyes, concentrate on what you want to achieve from this challenge)
Read out loud your pre-written challenge affirmation (5 - 10 times)
write out your goal for today - be specific and ensure that it will take you a step further in the direction of achieving your challenge objective

Do, these and I'll see you later in the day

Ciao

How To Overpower Procrastination!

How To Overpower Procrastination   What Is Procrastination?   The act or habit of deferring or delaying something that requires immediate attention is known as procrastination. "Putting off till tomorrow what might be done now!" is what it is all about. Many people fall into the procrastination trap. According to Piers Steel, a researcher and speaker, 95 percent of people procrastinate in some way. While knowing you're not alone can be reassuring, realizing how much it might limit you can be sobering. Is Procrastination Synonymous With Laziness? Procrastination is frequently confused with laziness, although the two are not the same. Procrastination is a deliberate action in which you choose to do something other than the task you know you should be performing. Laziness, on the other hand, connotes apathy, passivity, and a refusal to perform. Procrastination usually entails putting off a less pleasurable but perhaps more crucial duty in favo...

Mando And His World

Mando And His World   As a child, Mando believed that he would make a difference in his world. Something in him used to tell him that he did not belong to the world he was presently in. Mando's world was that of lack and deprivation. His family was poor, utterly poor and Mando was the 8th of 10 Children that his Parents had. His Father was a subsistent farmer and his Mother a petty trader. They could barely afford 2 meals in a day. Because of the many mouths to feed, both Parents sometimes went hungry just to ensure that their children had something to eat. Clothing was a different kettle of fish, Mando and his siblings barely had clothes and went bare-bodied most of the time. Sandals and silpas were a luxury, but they got used to moving around bare feet even on thorny surfaces. Being a farmer, Mando's Father would leave the house very early in the morning and come back late in the evening. Sometimes, his wife would cook and then send the food with one of...

The Reason Why Most People Fail

How To Develop Effortless Self-Discipline When most people talk about self-discipline, they do so with a bored look in the eyes and a monotonous voice. They’ve got a point - Self-discipline is NOT sexy. But while it isn’t the sexiest skill, it sure is powerful. Just look at the Chinese. China has been around since long before the time of Jesus, and long before many other societies began and crumbled and yet... it’s still growing. That’s what prompted Napoleon Bonaparte, the famous French General, to say of China: “Let her sleep, for when she wakes, she will shake the world.” The benefits of self-discipline are clear. If you had superhuman self-discipline, you could easily do whatever it is you need to be successful - no question, right? Imagine waking up each day and sticking to your schedule PERFECTLY, even getting more done than you planned, and racing towards your goals in record time? THAT’S what self-discipline gives ...
