A Simple Life Hack To Destroy Negativity

Here’s a simple exercise that will break the cycle of negative thoughts and negative beliefs you may be experiencing.

It will also turn your subconscious mind into a power house of positive energy which will draw more positive situations and positive people into your life while allowing you to enjoy greater success

When you fill your subconscious mind with positive, empowering thoughts and positive beliefs, you direct its infinite energy to effortlessly fulfill your goals and create the life you want.

It isn’t enough to simply have positive thoughts once in a while or try to practice positive thinking when things go wrong.

If you allow negative or discouraging thoughts and negative beliefs to take root in your mind, they’ll cancel out the empowering effects of
your positive thoughts and positive beliefs.

So those negative thoughts can quickly wipe out any positive thinking.

This is the main reason why simple positive  thinking doesn’t work.

Here’s what I mean. Imagine your mind as a fertile field. Positive thoughts and positive beliefs  are like the seeds of fruit trees which you want to plant in your mind

If you take good care of your mind, these  “positive” seeds will sprout and create the “fruit” you desire. You’ll get luckier, more successful, and achieve all your goals, no matter how “unrealistic” they may have seemed in the past.

Negative thoughts are like weeds.

If you allow these weeds to grow in your mind, they’ll compete with your positive “seeds”.

What happens when weeds compete with the seeds of fruit trees? You get fewer fruit.

And those weeds slowly destroy your fertile garden.

If you allow negative thoughts and negative beliefs to take root in your mind, you will achieve fewer goals, and the Universe will take longer to fulfill your dreams.

And it get can get much worse.

All those negative thoughts and negative beliefs will only attract more negativity into your life, make it harder and harder for you to succeed
and get what you desire.

Which is why it’s crucial that you not only nurture positive thoughts and positive beliefs, but also train your subconscious mind to repel negative thoughts and beliefs.

With the technique I’m about to show you, you’ll be able to attract positive situations with ease.

It will also act as an armour that protects you from doubts, worries, fears, envy and other negative thoughts that life throws at you every day.

To use this, you need to understand something important – you can’t fool your subconscious  by pretending to be happy and confident.

The next time you’re feeling worried, dejected, or just need a boost of positive energy, do this instead

Take a pen and a notebook, and scribble your negative belief on a page. But, and here’s the important part, I want you to write it in past tense.

Let’s say you’re struggling to get in shape, and are in an especially bad mood.

You’re feeling especially discouraged, so you write “I couldn’t get into shape”.

Here’s what I want you to do next. I want you to tear out that page, crumple it up, and toss it into the trash!

Action has a bigger impact on your mind than mere thinking.

This simple act of crumpling and trashing that page will train your mind to discard negative thoughts and negative beliefs as soon as they come up.

This physical act creates a powerful metaphor  that your subconscious understands.

These actions shape your thoughts, which inspire more positive action, creating a feedback loop.

Soon, it will get easier and easier to write positive, empowering thoughts and beliefs on that page. When you do, you must write them
down as something you’re already achieving.

So write, “I am getting in shape”, not: “I will get in shape”.

And when you do, you should peel off that page, gently, and place it in your pocket, in your purse, or any other place that you can have it with you all day.

This way, whenever you reach for your smartphone, take out your wallet, or place your hands in your pockets, you’ll be reminded of this positive affirmation.

This simple act tells your subconscious that you’re on your way to achieving your goal

This trick takes mere seconds, but it trains your mind to attract the right thoughts and beliefs for rapid life transformation.

But there’s a lot more to mastering your subconscious mind and taking charge of your life, than just this!

For instance, did you know that there are six kinds of negative energies?
You need a different approach to defeat them all

Other powerful habits can also turbo-charge your progress and help you change your life quickly.

One of them is an easy, effective meditation technique that unlocks abilities in your subconscious mind that you didn’t even know existed!

I wish I could tell you more about these strategies, but to do that, I’ll have to go deeper into how your mind works.

Know This And Have Some Peace

Know This And Have Some Peace...   I have visited my 120 years old grandmother and given   her some money when I was leaving and she told me she doesn't need money again. That she can no longer buy nor sell at her age, so I should give the money to the younger ones who need it. I also have a former governor friend whom I worked with as a green horn journalist. He was governor from 1999-2007. Not too long ago, I saw him. After check in, he was left seated by the corner of the Murtala Mohammed international airport awaiting his flight. No one even recognized him again, not even passengers from his State where he was governor, and as I walked up to him and greeted him, then asked if he wanted any assistance, he stretched forth his trembling hands to hold me and simply said, "Thank you for even recognizing me again. I just want your attention briefly my son. Sit down let me ask you something. How is Governor Ayade doing Agba?" I also have a retired Maj

Freedom From Fear - Choices Before The New Generation

Freedom From Fear - Choices Before The New Generation By Babatunde Raji Fashola      We are now in the realm and reality of constant expectations of miracles and divine intervention. Superstitions have taken over reason and logic. When we pass examinations, win football matches, conduct successful elections, or achieve any feat, we seem all too frightened and unsure of ourselves to take credit for even the most modest of successes attributable to our efforts. Instead the first thing you hear is God did it. Regrettably, we have surrendered our capacities and abilities in a frightful way to FEAR, that we have become victims of some confidence tricksters who deceive, dis-entitle and prey on our fears and frailties in ‘God's’ name. Every man and woman of substance now has a Mullah, Pastor, Imam, Alfa, Spiritualist or even a witch doctor or Dibia who is responsible for telling them what to do, when to do it, in a way that diminishes his abilities and surrenders

Mando And His World

Mando And His World   As a child, Mando believed that he would make a difference in his world. Something in him used to tell him that he did not belong to the world he was presently in. Mando's world was that of lack and deprivation. His family was poor, utterly poor and Mando was the 8th of 10 Children that his Parents had. His Father was a subsistent farmer and his Mother a petty trader. They could barely afford 2 meals in a day. Because of the many mouths to feed, both Parents sometimes went hungry just to ensure that their children had something to eat. Clothing was a different kettle of fish, Mando and his siblings barely had clothes and went bare-bodied most of the time. Sandals and silpas were a luxury, but they got used to moving around bare feet even on thorny surfaces. Being a farmer, Mando's Father would leave the house very early in the morning and come back late in the evening. Sometimes, his wife would cook and then send the food with one of
