*       Meditate for 2 - 5 minutes (really meditate - blank out your thoughts, block your ears and close your eyes, concentrate on what you want to achieve from this challenge)
*       Read out loud your pre-written challenge affirmation (5 - 10 times)
*       write out your goal for today - be specific and ensure that it will take you a step further in the direction of achieving your challenge objective

Answer the question I asked earlier in this write up and then let's meet by 8 pm to review the journey so far
